I see the meticulousness and the consciousness behind what you do...and it is WONNNNNNNNNDERFUL. Without missing a beat it is wonderful, positive, encouraging even when you push. People would have such a sense of accomplishment if they did your classes regularly. And really they would all feel like they had accomplished something blatantly worthwhile.......and the size of the progress would be inevitably huge.
The way you model and teach and focus on the breathing seems a huge key in the equation....as does the brief intermittent rest. Your lack of negativity even when there are obvious options for it is great to watch too.

I have spent over two years as a quality assessor in aged care. My role was to assess the quality systems of aged care providers. Therefore I have a solid understanding of the relevance of continuos quality improvement and customer service to building a successful business. It is one thing to set up systems that ask the customer for feedback9as many organisations and businesses do) but unless the customer receives a response the system is totally meaningless. I have a Bachelor of Arts and Dance, and Graduate Diploma in Education. I have been employed as a dance teacher with the West Australian education dept for the past eight years and have a very thorough knowledge of dance and education. After completing my Pilates course, Erit provided her team of instructors further training to prepare us to actually teach a class. The knowledge and expertise of Pilates is proven through her proficient tuition. Erit exhibits outstanding communication skills both written and verbal. Our initial coaching consisted of learning specific verbal cues to impart correct technique tour clients. While Erit does this effortlessly, this specific skill was a challenge we mastered only through her persistence, patience and skilled instruction.
