Joseph Pilates believed that exercise was preventative medicine. His exercise repertoire was designed in a way that one could easily monitor progress and see yourself improving. This can be most rewarding and stimulating. Maintaining physical wellbeing and vitality is our ultimate goal. In order to have the ongoing benefits of this preventative medicine we must keep challenging the body beyond its usual range of movement. Our instructor training technique combines the theory of the subject, with attention to the practical application. This approach provides the industry with professional, qualified and skilled instructors unlike any other. Ongoing support to the instructor is available at all times as they progress through new stages of their instruction.
