The ‘Powered to Perform’ method

Pilates Instructor Allianz aims to teach all fitness professionals the art of successful movement for all fitness programmes.

‘Powered to Perform’ is a dynamic technique, which identifies and accesses the key elements, which strive to empower the trainer to pass on vital and essential concepts for injury free, and result orientated exercise.

1.To give the Instructor the tools to enhance and elaborate their theoretical and practical skills for delivering effective and safe exercises.

2.That the Instructor may apply and deliver the information to the participants in more precise and hands on way.

3.To promote confidence and accuracy in teaching skills

The key concepts being:

.....1.The importance of Spinal Flexion
.....2.Breathing techniques and the impact on spinal flexion
.....3.The vital relationship between the navel and the spine
.....4.Specific and simple teaching techniques
.....5.Understanding the effects of gravity and equilibrium on the skeletal system and muscles of the body while in motion.

Pilates Instructor Allianz trains fitness leaders in the ‘Powered to Perform’ Training model. This technique incorporates the essence of Joseph Pilates philosophy.










Pre-requisites:

1.All current fitness leaders with two or more years in the industry or equivalent

2.Successful completion of workshop programme which includes written and practical assessment
