.....9. Posture positions to acquire stability and equilibrium while moving
.....10. Working within your range
.....11. Foot positions
.....12. Understanding basic levers
.....13. Instructor skills:
............. Provide client orientation, screening and advice prior to undertaking a Pilates class

Pre-requisites: | Two years current fitness background with group instructor skills. Current CPR certificate or Senior First Aid. Must have attended at least 10 Pilates mat classes and an introductory course,prior to start.This forms part of the fundamentals matwork level 1. |

Assessments: | Written and practical . These assessments will be done 1 week after completion of course. This course includes 10 matwork sessions and a Introductory course at any Pilates School of WA studio |
